Prophet River Youth Committee presents Four Weeks of Fitness with, Krystal Cornish of Grace & Grit, in PRFN & in Fort St. John!

Come out, move your body, have some fun, and learn a few tricks and tips around muscle building and nutrition.

July 18, 25 & August 1, 8 in Prophet River

July 9, 16, 23 & 30 in Fort St. John

These sessions are beginner friendly, drop in style, and open to all Indigenous youth. There will be a release form for first timers that will need to be signed by participant or guardian that will be on site.
